暑中お見舞い申し上げます。
毎日人間の生命を脅かすような酷暑が続いておりますが、皆さんお元気ですか？
私は元気に過ごしています。
足の調子は良好です。
日々鍛えてますので順調に完治に向かっています。
毎日暑いので(私が暮らしている練馬区は23区の中で一番高温の区なのもあって)、毎朝夜明け前に7Km歩いています。
ウォーキングと自宅での全身ストレッチと筋トレ。
もう怪我前と変わりません。
異なるのはジョギングではなくウォーキングだという事と、その分距離を伸ばしているという事と、「夜明け前」という事です。
ちょっと眠いけど、夜明けを迎える三宝寺池の空や景色、そして空気は本当に美しくて、だからこそ毎日続いています。
今日(8/3)、4月7日に膝の怪我して以来初めて、私はギターを担いで出かけました。
怪我をした街と同じ渋谷へ。
118日ぶり。
久しぶりに背中に感じるズッシリとした感触が嬉しかった。
この感じだ。
長く降り続いた雨がキレイにあがったようなそんな清々しい気分でした。暑さは全く気にならなかった。
そして、ちょっとだけ不安だった足は全く問題ありませんでした。
久しぶりに相棒を担いで電車を乗り継ぎ、長年お世話になっている渋谷の楽器屋さんに、白いテレキャスターのリペアーをお願いしに行って参りました。
リフレットを施していただくのです。
これが9月初旬にはあがるので、それからRUBY ROOMのOPEN MIC等で少しずつステージでの活動を再開させる予定です。
「飛び入り」、つまり乱入とかね。
活動再開したら新曲尽くしのステージを披露します。
それまで、もう暫くお待ちくださいね。ご期待ください。

Wishing you healthy summer.
Every day, it has continued to deadly heat.
You guys How are you?
I'm doing great.
And My knee condition is good.
It is more and more recovery.
Because I have trained by walking a distance of 7Km in Every morning (from before dawn).
It is a little sleepy,But I walk every morning,because the a beautiful park and pond, dawn of the scenery, air, color of
the sky is beautiful,That's why.
Today (8/3), the first time since the knee injury in 4/7, I went to have my guitar.
It was after 118 days!
I went to Shibuya.
After a long time, I feel the weight of it was nice to feel on my back.
I felt it 「THIS IS IT!」.
It likes Long lasted the rain, such as stopped to clean, it was such a fresh feeling.
And This heat, I did not care.
I was my knees worry a little bit, but it also was not a problem.
But not of went to play the guitar, I went to patronize the musical instrument shop for the repair of my guitar (refret).
Since the September early refret is completed, or by playing in OPEN MIC of RUBY ROOM is scheduled to restart the activities in my stage.
Or open to all,you know?
Once activity is allowed to restart, I will play only new song,I think so.
Until then, Please wait just a little more.
